— Show homes & developers

A selling point that
demonstrates live.

A show home must stay spotless for every viewing and impress from the doorstep. A central vacuum already installed can be demonstrated live to the buyer: for the property developer, it's a value-adding feature, built into the structure, that sets your subdivision and new-build homes apart from the competition.

— Selling new builds

Spotless for the viewing,
selling from the doorstep.

Between two appointments, the show home must return to perfect condition in minutes, without a bulky vacuum lying around in front of a prospect. And at equal surface area, what makes the difference for the buyer is premium equipment.

A discreet wall inlet and a retractable hose: the show home is cleaned fast and quietly between viewings. Above all, the central vacuum becomes an argument the sales agent demonstrates live. Present it with your retractable hose that unrolls from the skirting board then disappears into the wall.

— Standard vacuum vs central vacuum

Where does
the air go?

A standard vacuum, a robot or a stick vacuum filters part of the dust but blows the air back into the room where it runs. With an AspiWall central vacuum, the dirt is sent to the central unit and the vacuumed air is expelled out of the living areas or out of the occupied zones, which limits the re-suspension of fine dust. That is what makes the difference in buildings open to the public and places sensitive to dust.

— Made by Trovac

A benchmark for
air quality.

AspiWall offers central units in Belgium made by Trovac, among other manufacturers. Trovac's central vacuum system has been distinguished by AFPRAL (the French Association for Allergy Prevention) since July 2014. An important reference for buildings where air quality, dust, dust mites and allergens are sensitive matters.

— Frequently asked questions

Your questions.
Our answers.

Why fit a show home with a central vacuum?

Because it's a premium feature that can be demonstrated live to the buyer. It adds value to your development, sets your show home apart from the competition and makes cleaning between viewings easy.

Does the installation add much to a unit's cost?

Installed from the build, a central vacuum stays controlled: ducts run through partitions and slabs before finishes, with no retrofit. AspiWall prices the installation unit by unit according to surface.

Can it be offered as an option to buyers of other units?

Yes. Once the show home is equipped, you can offer the central vacuum as an option on the other units. AspiWall supports you across the whole development — contact us to discuss it.

Is the retractable hose easy to show during a viewing?

Yes, it's the demonstration argument par excellence. The retractable hose unrolls from a skirting board then tucks back into the wall in one motion: an immediate "wow" effect in front of the buyer.

Does AspiWall work on a development of several homes?

Yes. AspiWall supplies the equipment for a subdivision or a development of several homes, harmonising the equipment from one unit to the next. A single study serves as the basis for all the units.
