Large concrete floors,
cleaned effortlessly.

In a factory, a warehouse or a production workshop, concrete floors gather settled dust day after day. A central vacuum lets you clean them from several inlets spread across the hall, with a long hose, without dragging a bulky vacuum from one end of the building to the other.

— Daily life in an industrial hall

Acres of concrete,
to keep clean.

Settled dust, packaging debris, handling residue: a warehouse or production workshop accumulates dirt over very large surfaces. Moving an industrial vacuum on wheels from one station to the next wastes precious time.

With a central vacuum, wall inlets spread across the hall let you plug a long hose right next to the area to be cleaned: dust settled on the concrete floor is vacuumed without moving a heavy machine. The vacuumed air is never blown back into the occupied work area: it is discharged where the central unit sits — a utility room, a ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation. A solution designed for large-surface professional buildings. On request, AspiWall also offers wet & dry systems (water and dust), with a tank to empty or automatic drainage, useful in a workshop.

— Building your hall?

Integrate the network
at the shell stage.

Building a warehouse, extending a workshop, reorganising a factory: now is the time to integrate the vacuum network, before pouring the slabs and erecting the partitions.

Important: AspiWall's central vacuum is for cleaning premises and floors (settled dust, debris). It is not an industrial dust-extraction system connected at the source of machines (saws, sanders, production lines): capturing dust at the point of emission is a specific, separate piece of equipment that we do not supply here. AspiWall sizes the central unit to the hall surface and positions inlets to cover all circulation and storage zones.

PLAN FROM THE START

Cover the whole hall

  • Inlets spread out to cover all circulation zones
  • Utility room for the large-capacity central unit
  • Duct network sized for long distances
  • Floor sweep doors possible at transfer points
— Questions fréquentes

No. Our central vacuum is for cleaning premises and floors (settled dust, debris, residue). It does not replace a dust-capture system at the source of machines (saws, sanders, production lines), which is a separate industrial piece of equipment connected directly to the workstations. The two meet different needs.

It depends on the surface and the distances. For very large volumes, AspiWall sizes the central unit accordingly and can plan a duct network suited to long distances, with inlets spread out to cover the whole hall.

By default, the central unit is designed for dry vacuuming of dust and debris. On request, AspiWall also offers wet & dry systems (water and dust), with a tank to empty or automatic drainage, useful in a workshop where damp residue occurs.

No. The vacuumed air is never blown back into the occupied work area: it is discharged where the central unit sits (utility room, ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation), away from operators.

Yes, installation is still possible in an existing building. Contact AspiWall for a feasibility study based on your hall's layout.
