Your central vacuum system in a kit, with advice from a Belgian specialist. Exhaust air is directed to a central unit outside your living areas — less noise, less dust re-suspended in your living spaces. You install, AspiWall guides you.
AspiWall specialises in two systems built into your home: central vacuum, which carries dust out of your living spaces, and the Laundry Jet, which moves dirty laundry straight to the laundry room. We supply the equipment, study your project from the plans and guide you at every step.
A power unit in the garage or basement, inlets throughout the house. You plug in the hose: dust and exhaust air leave your living areas for good.

In most cases, your pipe network is still in good condition. It is the central unit that needs replacing. AspiWall works on all brands, throughout Belgium.
Repair and maintenance for all central vacuum brands. Service throughout Belgium, subject to parts availability and technical compatibility.
The central unit is installed in the garage or basement. A network of pipes runs through the walls to discreet wall inlets. Pull out the hose from its wall box, vacuum — the unit retracts it automatically. The vacuumed air is never blown back into your living areas: it is discharged where the central unit sits — garage, basement, utility room, ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation. For people with allergies, exhausting the air outside is recommended.
Pull, vacuum, retract.
In the garage, basement or utility room. HEPA filtration, emptied once a year.
Antistatic PVC pipes Ø50.8 mm inside the walls. Unlike standard PVC, the antistatic treatment reduces static electricity build-up: hair, pet hair and dust do not cling to the inner walls — the network stays clean. Installed in new builds or renovations.
One per floor, at skirting board height. Metal cover coordinated with your interior.
Stored in its PVC network. You pull out the length you need from the wall box, then vacuum. The central unit automatically retracts the hose back into its network.
Every vacuum cleaner has to exhaust the air it draws in somewhere. With a standard vacuum, this air — even filtered — generally returns to the room you just cleaned. With AspiWall, the exhaust air is directed to a central unit installed outside the living areas: garage, basement or utility room.
This is particularly relevant for people sensitive to dust, mites or domestic allergens. AFPRAL — the French Association for the Prevention of Allergies — highlights the importance of information and prevention around allergies and indoor air quality. In this context, directing exhaust air away from living areas is a consistent approach to limiting the re-suspension of fine dust particles.
With a central unit placed outside the living areas, a central vacuum system limits the re-suspension of fine dust in the home. Particularly suitable for people sensitive to dust and mites.
True comfort also means not sending the exhaust air back into the rooms where you live, sleep, work or spend time with loved ones.
AspiWall integrates directly into the building. No more dragging a standard vacuum: the hose plugs in or retracts, while the central unit stays in a space separate from your living areas.
Beyond dust extraction, AspiWall offers the Laundry Jet: a laundry chute powered by suction that whisks dirty laundry from any room — bedroom, dressing room, bathroom — straight to the laundry room, through walls and floors. No more baskets to carry up the stairs.
From a flat to a prestige home, the network runs in Ø 160 mm PVC, like a simple plumbing drain — easy to integrate in new builds. AspiWall is the Laundry Jet importer and distributor in Belgium.

Behind AspiWall, there is a childhood passion. Pierre-François Claes grew up with a genuine fascination for vacuum cleaners: he recognised models by their sound and instinctively noticed the presence of a system when entering a room.
Around age six, during a meal at the Ferme Auberge des Cent Écus in the Périgord, he saw for the first time a restaurant owner plug a hose directly into the wall. That day, he discovered central vacuum systems.
One day, I'll have that.
The idea stayed. In 2020, during the lockdown period, he followed through. His house — a building from 1870 with stone walls around 80 cm thick — was a real technical challenge. Several quotes were requested. The equipment was ultimately supplied by Aspiration Centralisée Lorraine, with a Husky Pro 600 high-end central unit. Before offering central vacuum systems to his clients, Pierre-François had one installed at home and used it daily.
Commercial agreements signed in December 2020, with exclusivity to develop several brands across Belgium. AspiWall officially came to life.
AspiWall is tied to no manufacturer. Without commercial constraints, AspiWall selects the solutions genuinely suited to each project.
Pierre-François installed a system in his own home before offering one to anyone else. He experienced the customer journey first, in real and demanding conditions.
AspiWall compares and selects according to each project. If better solutions appear tomorrow, they can be studied and proposed.
After-sales service is maintained across all installed systems. AspiWall remains the single point of contact over time.
