— Cyclovac cyclonic interceptor
The cyclonic
interceptor.
The Cyclovac cyclonic interceptor is a separator placed between your network and the central unit.It captures dust, debris and allergens before they reach the motor.AspiWall sells, installs and services Cyclovac interceptors throughout Belgium.
— The principle
A bodyguard
for your central unit.
The Cyclovac interceptor — also called separator or collector — is installed on the network, just before the central unit. Everything you vacuum passes through it first: heavy dust and debris fall out, only the air continues on to the unit.
Less dust reaches the motor and the unit's filter: suction stays strong over time, wear slows down and servicing becomes less frequent. Especially useful for large volumes of dust — building work, workshops, shops.
- →It traps dust before the motor
- →It maintains suction power
- →It extends the life of the central unit
- →It spaces out and simplifies maintenance

— The product
The cyclonic
interceptor Cyclovac HD.
In the cyclonic version, the dust-laden air spins into the canister. Centrifugal force pins the particles against the walls: they fall to the bottom, and the air, cleared of most of the dust, continues to the central unit.
The Cyclovac HD cyclonic interceptor needs no bag and no filter: you simply empty its 41.8 L canister (103.9 cm tall) when it is full. It is the most economical solution to run and the most eco-friendly — fewer consumables, less waste.
— Three Cyclovac interceptors
Cyclonic,
filter or bag.
The same principle — protecting the central unit — in three different maintenance styles. AspiWall advises you on the Cyclovac interceptor suited to your use.
— CYCLOVAC · BAGLESS, FILTERLESS

— CYCLOVAC · HEALTHIER AIR

— CYCLOVAC · DUST-FREE EMPTYING

— Frequently asked questions
Your questions. Our answers.
What is a Cyclovac cyclonic interceptor?
It is a Cyclovac separator installed between the pipe network and the central unit. It traps dust, debris and allergens before they reach the motor. The unit keeps constant suction, clogs less and lasts longer. AspiWall offers the Cyclovac interceptor in three versions: cyclonic, filter and bag.
Does AspiWall sell and install Cyclovac interceptors?
Yes. AspiWall sells, installs and services Cyclovac cyclonic interceptors throughout Belgium. We also supply genuine Cyclovac parts, bags and filters, and advise on the version suited to your central unit and use.
Is the Cyclovac interceptor compatible with my central unit?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. The Cyclovac cyclonic interceptor connects to the network, just before the central unit, and works with high-performance units — including Cyclovac units and the AspiWall range. AspiWall checks compatibility before fitting.
What is the difference between the Cyclovac cyclonic, filter and bag interceptors?
The cyclonic version separates dust by the vortex alone: no bag or filter to replace, you empty the canister. The filter version adds filtration for even healthier air. The bag version collects waste in a disposable Cyclovac bag, for quick, dust-free emptying.
Where can I find Cyclovac parts, bags and filters?
AspiWall stocks Cyclovac parts, bags and filters and provides Cyclovac service in Belgium. Whether you have an interceptor, a Cyclovac central unit or another model, we supply genuine consumables and maintenance.
Does the cyclonic interceptor reduce suction power?
No — the opposite. By preventing dust from clogging the unit's motor and filter, the Cyclovac interceptor helps maintain power over time. Cyclonic separation is designed precisely to preserve airflow.
Is the Cyclovac interceptor suitable for professional use?
Absolutely. It is ideal anywhere large amounts of dust are vacuumed: workshops, hair salons, medical practices, offices, hotels. It protects the motor from large quantities of debris — as in our installation in Beaumont, where a Cyclovac cyclonic interceptor serves a hair salon.
