For complete installation projects by AspiWall or central unit replacement, a technical visit may be organised to assess the building configuration, possible access, actual needs and appropriate solutions.
<strong>This visit is distinct from the paid intervention.</strong> The free technical visit concerns an installation or replacement project — not a diagnosis or repair.
Appointment conditions
- → One technical visit and the quote are free for installation or replacement projects.
- → Building plans should be prepared if available.
- → The presence of owners and those involved is recommended.
- → The client is notified in case of running early or late.
- → In case of absence or late cancellation (< 24 h): 1.10 € excl. VAT / km, minimum 55.00 € excl. VAT. Calculated from Les Rixhalles 3, 4190 Xhoris.

DIY support
& assistance.
You install your own central vacuum system. AspiWall can support you at different levels: check, occasional assistance or complete installation depending on the project and availability. See the Installation kits (DIY) page for more information.

The diagnosis identifies the origin of the problem: central unit, motor, electronic board, network, blockage, ON/OFF contact or accessories. Repair then depends on the fault, brand and availability of compatible parts.

Why two call-out packages?
AspiWall did not exist before 2021. For central units purchased elsewhere after 2021, the package is different because AspiWall did not sell the equipment but still handles the visit, diagnosis, and technical support. Cyclovac (Trovac) parts are available for all compatible brands.
