Your central unit won't start? Power loss? Abnormal noise? AspiWall intervenes on many central vacuum brands to diagnose the problem and propose the right solution.
The diagnosis identifies the origin of the problem: central unit, motor, electronic board, network, blockage, ON/OFF contact or accessories. The repair then depends on the fault, the brand and the availability of compatible parts.
AspiWall intervenes on many central vacuum brands and any other brand of central vacuum system, subject to diagnosis, technical compatibility and parts availability. As a central vacuum technician and repairer active throughout Belgium, AspiWall handles repairs of faulty central units.

Some faults require bringing the central unit to the workshop for an in-depth diagnosis or repair. Here is how billing works.
The initial visit fee (150 € or 220 € excl. VAT* depending on the applicable rate) covers the on-site diagnosis, disconnection and removal of the central unit. Once repaired or replaced, its return home is charged at 75 € excl. VAT* (transport only). Reinstallation — connections, adjustments and tests — is then charged at the labour rate of 20 € / 15 minutes.
There is therefore no second full visit fee of 150 € for the return: you benefit from a half-trip rate for transport, and the rest is charged at the time actually required.

Why two
SAV rates?
AspiWall did not exist before 2021. It is therefore natural to support customers who already had an installation before AspiWall existed.
For central units purchased elsewhere after 2021, the rate is different because AspiWall did not sell the equipment but nonetheless handles the travel, diagnosis, after-sales service and technical support.

AspiWall schedules an intervention, carries out an on-site diagnosis and identifies the origin of the fault: motor, electronic board, network, blockage or accessories. In many cases, only the central unit is concerned and can be repaired or replaced without touching the network.
Yes. AspiWall intervenes on faulty Cyclovac central units (manufactured by Trovac), subject to diagnosis, technical compatibility and parts availability. If repair is not possible, AspiWall proposes a central unit replacement while keeping the existing network when it is still in good condition.
Yes. AspiWall handles after-sales service for faulty Vacuflo central units, subject to diagnosis, technical compatibility and parts availability. The diagnosis determines whether the central unit can be repaired or should be replaced.
Yes. AspiWall intervenes on faulty Husky, Beam, Drainvac, Aertecnica and Sistem Air central units, as well as Trovac, Disan, Sach, Cana-Vac, DuoVac, Elek Trends and EuroQueen, subject to diagnosis, technical compatibility and parts availability.
Yes. AspiWall is a technical contact for central vacuum systems in Belgium and intervenes on any other brand of central vacuum system, subject to diagnosis, technical compatibility and parts availability. As a central vacuum technician and repairer, AspiWall covers all of Belgium.
The SAV rate is 150.00 € excl. VAT* for a machine prior to 2021, and 220.00 € excl. VAT* for a central unit purchased elsewhere after 2021. These rates include 15 minutes of on-site diagnosis. Additional labour is charged at 20.00 € excl. VAT* per 15-minute increment (i.e. 80.00 € excl. VAT / hour). An emergency intervention is 275.00 € excl. VAT*.
