— Beauty salons & spas

Calm preserved,
dust vacuumed away.

A beauty salon, a nail bar or a wellness centre is a moment of relaxation. A central vacuum captures nail filings, manicure and esthetics dust and wax residue without the roar of a vacuum cleaner. The motor sits remotely in a utility room: silence and the calm atmosphere stay intact.

AspiWall S500 central vacuum unit

— A salon's daily reality

A calm atmosphere,
never broken.

Filing dust, acrylic powders, fine product dust, wax residue: a salon is cleaned continuously between each client. A standard vacuum breaks the hushed atmosphere and blows dust back into the air of the cabins.

With a central vacuum, a discreet inlet at each station picks up filings and dust in seconds. The motor sits remotely in a utility room and the vacuumed air is never blown back into your cabins: it is discharged where the central unit sits — a utility room, a ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation. The hose type — retractable or traditional — is determined on site depending on use; discover our retractable hoses. A solution designed for professional buildings.

— Fitting out your salon?

The right moment
is the fit-out.

Creating, moving or renovating your salon or spa: this is the ideal time to integrate a central vacuum, before the finishes, with an inlet planned near each station.

AspiWall studies your plan, sizes the central unit to the surface and places an inlet near each manicure station and each treatment cabin. Ducts run through partitions, invisible once the finishes are in place.

PLAN FROM THE START

An inlet at every station

  • An inlet near each manicure / nail station
  • An inlet in each treatment cabin
  • Utility room for the central unit (storeroom, back office)
  • Ducts built into partitions before painting

— Standard vacuum vs central vacuum

Where does
the air go?

A standard vacuum, a robot or a stick vacuum filters part of the dust but blows the air back into the room where it runs. With an AspiWall central vacuum, the dirt is sent to the central unit and the vacuumed air is expelled out of the living areas or out of the occupied zones, which limits the re-suspension of fine dust. That is what makes the difference in buildings open to the public and places sensitive to dust.

— Made by Trovac

A benchmark for
air quality.

AspiWall offers central units in Belgium made by Trovac, among other manufacturers. Trovac's central vacuum system has been distinguished by AFPRAL (the French Association for Allergy Prevention) since July 2014. An important reference for buildings where air quality, dust, dust mites and allergens are sensitive matters.

Husky Pro units:
water and dust,
at one-shot prices.

Two professional wet & dry central units on promotion: the Pro200, a high-power twin-motor for large networks, and the Pro500, zero maintenance thanks to its automatic drainage to the sewer. Ideal for an establishment open to the public.

Don't let the prices scare you: this is the absolute high end, not a requirement. Our dust central units — AspiWall S400 and S500, also on promotion — are more affordable and just as effective for day-to-day vacuuming. And in any case, our AspiWall S500 remains the most powerful: 1,354 AirWatts and 6,452 mmH₂O of water lift.

Water vacuuming with a traditional hose, on a network designed from the start for water and dust.

— Frequently asked questions

Your questions.
Our answers.

Is a central vacuum quiet enough for a beauty salon?

Yes, that's actually its main asset here. The motor is installed in a separate utility room: at the station you only hear a light suction sound. The calm, relaxing atmosphere of your cabins stays fully preserved, unlike with a canister vacuum.

Does it pick up nail filings and acrylic powders well?

Yes. Filing dust and fine manicure dust are vacuumed in seconds via an inlet placed near the station. The vacuumed air is never blown back into the cabin: it is discharged where the central unit sits (a utility room, a ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation), which keeps the working atmosphere clean.

Can it pick up wax residue?

As standard, the central unit is designed for dry vacuuming: dust, filings, solidified wax residue and dry debris; for still-liquid wax, it's best to wipe it first and the vacuum then handles the dry residue. On request, AspiWall also offers wet & dry systems (water and dust), with a tank to empty or automatic drainage.

Which hose for professional use?

The hose type — retractable or traditional — is determined on site depending on use. AspiWall assesses the layout of your salon to choose the hose best suited to your stations and your work rhythm.

Can the system be installed in a salon that is already open?

Yes, installation is possible in an existing salon. Contact AspiWall to assess feasibility based on your premises.
