— Hotels & accommodation
Every floor,
cleaned in silence.
In a hotel, a guesthouse, a B&B or a resort, room cleaning never stops. A central vacuum equips rooms, corridors and common areas with a single unit that serves every level. The remote motor keeps the property silent: you can clean one room without waking the next.
— A property's daily reality
Cleaning, everywhere,
at every hour.
Rooms to reset between two guests, busy corridors and lobbies, staircases and common areas: accommodation is cleaned continuously, often while guests sleep or rest next door. Dragging a canister vacuum from floor to floor is slow, loud and disturbing.
With a central vacuum, one wall inlet per zone is enough: housekeeping plugs in a light hose and cleans in minutes, without carrying a motor unit. A single central unit, placed in a utility room, serves every floor through the duct network. The vacuumed air is never blown back into the rooms or occupied spaces: it is discharged where the central unit sits — a utility room, a ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation. The hose type — retractable or traditional — is determined on site depending on use: discover our retractable hoses.

— Building or renovating?
The right moment
is the build.
Building a hotel, renovating a floor, converting a property into a guesthouse or B&B: this is the time to integrate a central vacuum, while ducts run through partitions and service shafts between levels.
AspiWall studies the property's plan, sizes the central unit to the number of rooms and floors, and places inlets in rooms, corridors and common areas. For moving linen between floors and the laundry room, ask us about the Laundry Jet. An approach designed for professional buildings.
PLAN FROM THE START
Rooms, corridors, floors
- One inlet per room or per group of rooms
- Inlets in corridors, lobbies and common areas
- High-capacity central unit in a utility room
- Laundry Jet to send linen to the laundry room

— Standard vacuum vs central vacuum
Where does
the air go?
A standard vacuum, a robot or a stick vacuum filters part of the dust but blows the air back into the room where it runs. With an AspiWall central vacuum, the dirt is sent to the central unit and the vacuumed air is expelled out of the living areas or out of the occupied zones, which limits the re-suspension of fine dust. That is what makes the difference in buildings open to the public and places sensitive to dust.
— Made by Trovac
A benchmark for
air quality.
AspiWall offers central units in Belgium made by Trovac, among other manufacturers. Trovac's central vacuum system has been distinguished by AFPRAL (the French Association for Allergy Prevention) since July 2014. An important reference for buildings where air quality, dust, dust mites and allergens are sensitive matters.
Husky Pro units:
water and dust,
at one-shot prices.
Two professional wet & dry central units on promotion: the Pro200, a high-power twin-motor for large networks, and the Pro500, zero maintenance thanks to its automatic drainage to the sewer. Ideal for an establishment open to the public.
Don't let the prices scare you: this is the absolute high end, not a requirement. Our dust central units — AspiWall S400 and S500, also on promotion — are more affordable and just as effective for day-to-day vacuuming. And in any case, our AspiWall S500 remains the most powerful: 1,354 AirWatts and 6,452 mmH₂O of water lift.
Water vacuuming with a traditional hose, on a network designed from the start for water and dust.
Husky Pro200
Twin motor 1,100 AirWatts · network up to 200 m · 7 retractable hoses max
Husky Pro500
Automatic drainage to the sewer · zero bags, zero canister to empty · network up to 80 m
AspiWall S400
Dust · network up to 120 m · 12 traditional inlets or 3 retractables
AspiWall S500
Dust · 1,354 AirWatts — the most powerful in any case · network up to 200 m

— Frequently asked questions
Your questions.
Our answers.
Can a single central unit serve an entire multi-floor hotel?
Yes, that is precisely its strength. A single central unit, placed in a utility room, serves rooms, corridors and common areas across every level through the duct network, with inlets spread on each floor. AspiWall sizes the unit to the number of rooms and the surface.
Does cleaning disturb guests in neighbouring rooms?
No. The motor is remote in a utility room, away from the rooms. At the inlet you only hear a light suction sound, far more discreet than a canister vacuum starting up in the corridor. Rooms can be done early or late without waking the floor.
What is the Laundry Jet for a hotel?
The Laundry Jet moves linen (sheets, towels) straight from the floors to the laundry room through a pneumatic network, without pushing carts up and down stairs or the lift. It saves real time for housekeeping teams. See our Laundry Jet page.
Can it pick up spilled coffee or a wet carpet?
By default, the central unit is designed for dry vacuuming (dust, crumbs, debris), ideal for the daily cleaning of rooms and corridors. On request, AspiWall also offers wet & dry systems (water and dust), with a tank to empty or automatic drainage, to handle spilled liquids too.
Can a hotel or guesthouse already in operation be equipped?
Yes, installation is possible in an existing property, adapting the duct routing to the building's layout. Contact AspiWall for an on-site feasibility study.
