— Builders & architects
Your vacuum
partner in Belgium.
You build, you design, you specify. Construction firm, builder, property developer or architect: AspiWall is your central vacuum supply partner. We study your drawings, size the network and deliver the equipment ready to fit from the shell stage of your new-build sites — an extra differentiation argument for your clients.
— An asset for your sites
Offer the vacuum,
we handle the rest.
Integrating a central vacuum into a new build requires a reliable partner who masters sizing of the central unit, the network layout and the preparation of the equipment. Poorly prepared, the install clashes with screeds, partitions and deadlines.
AspiWall works hand in hand with your team: we define the layout at the right moment, before screed and partitions, and supply equipment ready to fit for an invisible, durable network. Laying the PVC ducts is simple and stays in the hands of your own trades — no extra contractor to fit into your schedule. You can then offer your clients a premium feature, without adding to your own workload. Discover our approach to professional buildings.

— From the design stage
Planned
from the drawings.
The best time to integrate a central vacuum is at the drawing stage. AspiWall collaborates with the architect and the construction firm to position inlets, ducts and the utility room before the site starts.
We provide the duct and inlet locations to include in your drawings, then time the equipment deliveries to the progress of the shell. All without disrupting your site organisation. See our offer for professional buildings.

— Standard vacuum vs central vacuum
Where does
the air go?
A standard vacuum, a robot or a stick vacuum filters part of the dust but blows the air back into the room where it runs. With an AspiWall central vacuum, the dirt is sent to the central unit and the vacuumed air is expelled out of the living areas or out of the occupied zones, which limits the re-suspension of fine dust. That is what makes the difference in buildings open to the public and places sensitive to dust.
— Made by Trovac
A benchmark for
air quality.
AspiWall offers central units in Belgium made by Trovac, among other manufacturers. Trovac's central vacuum system has been distinguished by AFPRAL (the French Association for Allergy Prevention) since July 2014. An important reference for buildings where air quality, dust, dust mites and allergens are sensitive matters.
— Frequently asked questions
Your questions.
Our answers.
Does AspiWall work with construction firms and architects?
Yes. AspiWall is your supply partner: study from drawings, sizing and supply of the complete equipment for your new-build sites in Belgium, with technical support for your teams to integrate the central vacuum without adding to your workload.
At what point of the site is the network fitted?
Ideally before screed and partitions, to integrate the ducts into the shell. We time the equipment delivery and fitting advice to your schedule and the other trades so as not to delay the site.
Do you need the drawings upfront?
Yes, that's ideal. From your drawings, AspiWall defines the duct, inlet and utility room locations. The earlier the integration is planned, the cleaner and cheaper it is. Contact us to launch a study.
Who handles technical service and warranty for my clients?
AspiWall handles the supply and after-sales for all brands across Belgium. Your clients get a dedicated contact after handover, without it falling back on your firm.
Which central units do you offer my clients?
AspiWall selects and sizes the central unit and filters for each project and the type of dust to be vacuumed, in coordination with your site. Every installation is studied case by case: request a study.
