Where does
the air go?
A standard vacuum, a robot or a stick vacuum filters part of the dust but blows the air back into the room where it runs. With an AspiWall central vacuum, the dirt is sent to the central unit and the vacuumed air is expelled out of the living areas or out of the occupied zones, which limits the re-suspension of fine dust. That is what makes the difference in buildings open to the public and places sensitive to dust.

Is it suitable for large sales floors?
Yes. A single central unit serves the whole shop via the duct network, with inlets distributed to reach the entire floor from a few points. AspiWall sizes the central unit to the square metres and the layout of the aisles.
Is cleaning discreet during opening hours?
Yes. With the motor remote in the storeroom, cleaning is almost silent, without the roar of a canister vacuum in front of customers. The hose then tucks out of sight.
Is dust blown back towards customers?
No. The vacuumed air is never blown back into the sales floor: it is discharged where the central unit sits (a utility room, a ventilated crawl space or outside, depending on the installation). This avoids blowing fine dust back towards customers and displays, unlike a standard vacuum.
Can the fitting rooms be cleaned too?
